Our week was perfect. The unit is very spacious and has spectacular access to the beach. The views from every level are amazing. The space of each level of the unit is utilized and is perfect for the family. The owners are wonderful to work with and kept in communication with us before and after our stay. We loved our vacation at this townhome.

What a vacation!

This was our first visit to Destin and we will definitely be back. The location of the property is outstanding. Close enough to things you have at home if something was forgotten but also surrounded by local places to eat and shop at. Traveling in the area was so easy. We were able to go to all of the places on our vacation list. The beach, magnificent! You can’t beat waking up and seeing the sun rise and walking less than 50 steps to get to the beautiful emerald green water. The handbook from Lois was extremely helpful in choosing where to go for sight seeing and to eat. We hit 4-5 of the places that were recommended. We will be going back to the all. The house fit 8 of us with plenty of space. Rooms were spacious.four bathrooms was a major plus. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great beach front town house and is pet-friendly

The location is great - the beach is on the doorstep, and the views from the 3 decks are amazing! We even watched the dolphins swimming from the decks. This is a great family and pet - friendly town house. We contacted Lois (the owner) when we arrived and she made sure everything was what we expected and urged us to contact her 24-7 if there were any issues. I would definitely recommend this town house.

Our amazing week at Sanddollar

My family has visited Destin for the past 16 years. This condo is by far our favorite! It is cozy, convenient, and CLEAN! It has everything you could possibly think of. We absolutely loved waking up and being able to step from our deck into the sand. I also enjoyed the giant dinner table so we could all eat together when we cooked/grilled. It's an amazing place for family to come together and relax on the beautiful beaches of Destin. We will always rent from Mrs. Lois at Sanddollar. She is always readily available to accommodate in any way possible. My family and I couldn't have found a more enjoyable and relaxing home away from home to stay!

The beautiful sounds of waves on our deck and the spacious place on the beach— no crowding; nothing this place hasn’t thought of inside and out! Weather and stay was perfect! I would just like to say my family highly recommends this condo. We have rented from Miss Lois a few times and every time has been wonderful. The condo is fully stocked and right in the beach. Nothing better than waking up to the sunrise and seeing the dolphins from your balcony. Miss Lois is always available if you have any questions while you are staying there. First level ideal for seniors - full bath, mini kitchen and covered deck with direct access/view of private beach. Second level great for entertaining and family gatherings with its full kitchen, bathroom, large dining area and dual queen sleeper sofas as well as an open deck facing the beach. Third level provides 2 private sleeping areas with separate full baths and a small open deck facing the ocean. Superbly maintained, immaculately clean, more than ample kitchen equipment and plenty of deck/beach furniture and toys for everyone. The condo is conveniently located to eateries, grocery stores, gas stations and entertainment. 2020 marks the 7th year since 2013 experiencing this jewel of a property! As expected, the condo was immaculate with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was welcomed by all after our road trip. The decor in the bedrooms was seasonal, fun and relaxing. The kitchen has something for everyone whether you're a novice or someone who knows their way around a kitchen. Kitchen gadgets and gizmos along with excellent appliances made cooking a breeze. The middle deck is equipped with a grill for a quick meal. Lois has thought of everything to make your away from home experience incredible. No problem is too small for her and she works diligently to resolve any issues which are minimal to none. She's the ultimate hostess without being physically present on the property. The third floor balcony by far has the best view of the beautiful ocean. Entry to the beach is just a few steps from the property which is a huge incentive to book a stay here. Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and toys are available for your enjoyment at this kid friendly property. Looking forward to many more stays at this gem of a property.

We Loved everything about this place! It was clean and had everything you needed. The owners are awesome and so friendly! We had six people and we had so much room and private time if needed. They have all kind things for the beach like chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and if you have small children they have toys. We had three teenagers and they also had a great time. We have already booked for next year. This is our new go to home away from home for the summer vacation. I just can't say enough. Awesome beach house.

Our family loves this place!! We have 8 people, our kids are all young adults now and we have rented from Lois for years and have never been disappointed. The property is on the white sand beach, with beautiful views from 3 different decks. We started each day with coffee on the middle deck, looking for the dolphins playing, then gathered for breakfast at the perfect size table for everyone to sit together before the day of sun and sand.We bring volleyball and corn hole to play at the beach, however anything else we’ve needed is already available in the storage area located underneath, just before you hit the sand. She has umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, skim boards, surf boards, noodles, blow-ups, frisbee, etc. Adirondack style chairs are there for me and my husband to just watch while the younger ones continue on. When it was time to wrap things up for the day, it is so convenient to have 4 bathrooms; we all had a place to get cleaned up before dinner.without having to wait.After dinner, we loved sitting on the deck with a glass of wine or trying to take pics of the family on the beach backed by the many colors of the sunset. My husband loved the old war planes that passed by on several occasions from the nearby air base, so near the beach he could see markings. We loved playing games at the big table each night; Lois has several games, books, cards that we can use, even a PlayStation 4. The private deck off of the master bedroom was perfect to just sit at night. When there’s a clear sky, the moon lights the beach and the water..absolutely beautiful.This property has everything you need and Lois continues to add things if she finds it would add to the experience of the renter. She has such attention to detail! The kitchen has plenty of cookware, dinnerware and glasses, even has many seasonings to help with meals. There is an extra refrigerator in the downstairs area that we used for drinks and to keep grocery visits to a minimum. She has plenty of towels to accommodate a large family and a washer and dryer to use if needed. For rainy days, she has ROKU with Netflix on the TVs, DVD players in each room and several movies in her game cabinet,Can’t say enough! This is a wonderful home and we can’t wait to go back!!

This was the perfect condo for our family to relax and unwind. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us (6 adults, two 8 year olds, an infant and Ottis our black lab). The unit was immaculate! The kitchen was just the right size and the kitchen table seated the entire family for each meal and for game time. Wifi was accessible on all floors for those that needed it and having Netflix provided for some great family movie nights. And then there was the view, it was breathtaking! Three floors all with balconies was perfect for us. A few steps down the stairs and any beach chairs we needed, umbrella, boogie boards and more were provided for us to use with direct beach access just a few steps away. We had great beach time and the water was perfect for us, even in January. Our stay was issue free and Lois personally saw to it that we well informed about all details prior to our stay and made sure everything was perfect upon our arrival. When we visit the Destin area again, we will definitely be staying here again.

We could not ask for a better location! Right on the beach, all 3 floors with stunning views of the powdery white sand beach, the gorgeous blue ocean and the breathtaking sunsets! We are repeat renters and literally come every year because this is such a fantastic setting to kick back, relax with our family, including our Bengal cat, and take a break from the stresses of daily life. Brisk morning walks are a breeze, soaking in the sun, the cool breeze and the relaxing sounds of the gentle ocean waves rolling into shore...We absolutely love this place and plan to continue to plan our 1-week getaway here.

Our family of 10 stayed at this wonderful 3 story condo over our fall break! We could not be more pleased. Lois was so easy to work with and was available 24/7. The house is stocked extremely well with everything you could imagine and the beach storage area is stocked with all kinds of boards, floats, sand toys and chairs! The house was spotless and there is plenty of towels, sheets and pillows!! The beach is just steps away and not crowded at all, as it is private with only your condo neighbors to share it with. We will be renting with Lois again in the near future!!

Great property! Owners were so nice to work with! Parking was a little tight, but we made it work. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, etc. perfect place to stay. Sand white beaches. Short walk to Alvin’s Island, Pompano Joe’s, Ice cream and all the other goodies. Only issues we could think of were people coming across from the properties across the street and setting up on our beach. Not sure if they didn’t understand that it was a private beach or not. Will speak with the owners to let them know that is happening to see if there is anything they can do. Overall, very nice stay. Everyone had a great time. And we already have other friends and family asking for the owners contact info to book their vacations. Lois is great to work with!

After multiple trips to the beach at this location, the quality and standard of the property is still outstanding. The home was immaculate and beautifully furnished. From the appliances and kitchen gadgets for cooking (if desired) to the toys available for small children, everything that can make you feel at home was provided to make the experience that more memorable. Each trip to the beach has been better and better and I look forward to my family's next vacation there.

Miss Lois thinks of everything! I love the beach chairs and umbrellas she provides and all the beach toys, floats etc. in the world for your kids (and adults too!) that you can think of! Best communication of anywhere we have stayed. Beautiful view from balconies! Well equipped kitchen. Accommodates a large group handily. Great with recommendations for local dining/etc.

This was a great condo for our family (9 adults, 2 teens and 2 toddlers). It is close to shops, restaurants, and ice cream. The kids had a blast swimming and Lois had tons of beach toys, chairs and floats for our use on the beach. The views of the sunset and sunrise were great. The condo had everything we needed from towels to a pack n play for the 1 year old.

We love the property. We are a family of 6 ; growing in significant others each year. We Have stayed at this same property for three years and will be there our 4th visit in April.

We love working direct with Lois. She is very attentive to any need or question we have raised and her availability is never in question. Lois provides information to all area attractions and activities. She has equipped the kitchen with any small appliance that could be needed. The home has plenty of extras for anything you could want on a beach vacation.

The property sits on the sand and it is so nice to wake up to the ocean sounds and occasional dolphins, etc. Destin is a wonderful place; Lois and her family’s home is a great way to enjoy a perfect beach vacation.

Can’t wait to get back to Destin!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay here!! Lois, the owner, was very helpful prior to and throughout our stay. The townhome is in a great location, within walking distance to several shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to the main strip! With 15 people, it was great having a parking space large enough for four vehicles. The house was very nice and clean, and we loved the views from the three balconies and being able to step right outside into the sand. The beach wasn't crowded as it's private to just the townhouses there, which we loved. We definitely recommend!

Owner was very thorough when it came to letting my group rent from her home (college students). House was very clean when we arrived. We loved that it was right on the beach and had beach items we could take down there. Common areas were plenty big for all guests to be together. The only problem we had was sleeping our group of 16 (several people on the floor). House would be perfect for a group of 12-14!! Overall, we would probably stay here again!

We just returned home from a week stay at this condo! First I want to say thank you to the owners for the excellent customer service they provide. We have stayed in this area several times and rented through a rental company. Our experience was far better renting directly from the owner. She wants to ensure you have a fabulous week.

This location sits right on the white sand beach. We loved getting up in the morning and sitting on the deck listening to the waves and the sunset view in the evenings is unbelievable. Several mornings we even saw dolphins go by.

There are many restaurants, stores and shopping very close. Pompano Joe’s restaurant is next door, a brand new Alvin’s Island is going up less than a block away, grocery stores and outlet shopping is just a few minutes away.

The condo has all the amenities of home and allows pets. Since pets are part of the family it is great this location allows you to bring them along.

It is very convenient to everything!! On the Beach. Off the deck onto "your" beach into the Gulf. We had great weather and Pompano Joe's is next door on the beach, Great. Just a few blocks to Shopping and many restaurants. The town house was so nice it was hard to leave and go anywhere.

Me and my family, 7 of us plus a dog, stayed here for a week and it was great! The house is right on the beach and the beach is private so it wasnt too crowded. The house was very roomy and newly updated. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very nice to have 3 different decks that overlooked the ocean. There was the essentials in the kitchen and even floats and chairs for the beach. We got all of this for a very very reasonable price! Our dog was even comfortable here! We are already talking about wanting to coming back next year!

Upon arrival, the house, as usual was immaculate.  It's decorative and spacious with all the amenities of home.  Every cooking utensil you could every need is furnished like an ice cream maker and a waffle iron. The grill on the main deck made grilling fun and it's located steps away from the kitchen.   My eight month old grandson was there and the baby gates and pack and play were both welcomed and needed.  He was able to crawl around freely without any fear for his safety.  The older grandkids enjoyed all of the floats and beach toys that were available for their use. This place gives all of the comforts of home while enjoying the beautiful beach that is steps away from the condo.  We are already anticipating our next visit and highly recommended this spot for your next trip to the beach whether it's a family vacation or a romantic getaway. The owner Lois is wonderful and is a phone call away to answer any questions or take care of any concern you may have.

Again what a wonderful vacation time at one of our favorite beach rentals! We could go to Gulf Shores which would be a whole lot closer but we choose this rental. It is so convenient to grocery stores, drug stores, outlet shopping, restaurants, leisurely activities to do, scooter rentals, parasailing (on the beach next to this property), souvenir shopping......,etc. One of our favorite restaurants is within a block away (walking distance) on the beach.....Pampano Joe's! If we are tired from the beach and don't want to get all dressed up nor deal with driving traffic, it's so nice to be able to just walk next door! This condo is right on the beach , 3 stories with beautiful views! The owner is extremely nice to work with and available for any questions or issues that might come up! She even allows pets which is one of the few vacation places that allows pets. Our family cat goes with us. Each year when we go, something new has been added or updated! It definitely has all the amenities and convenience of home.......kitchen gadgets and small appliances, to an outdoor gas grill, to beach umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys. We love it here and highly recommend this home away from home vacation spot!

We could not have asked for a better week of relaxation. The location is amazing, and all neighboring houses were very nice. Pompano Joe's is a two minute walk down the beach and a great place to gather for happy hour as well. Lois is very prepared and informative of this property and would do anything to assure you have a great stay.
