ENTIRE TOWNHOUSE (3-story) has 4 BAs, 4 BRs.
Entire house rental includes the ground floor Apartment and upper 2 floors: We provide high chair, 2 port-a-cribs, bathtub, and safety gates for babies. Decks have safety gates, as well.
4 bedrooms, all w/Queen pillowtops; 2 Queen sleeper sofas w/adjacent BA w/shower. All BRs have bathrooms w/tiled walls and glass doors. Child Beds (2) Port-a-cribs, high chair, safety gates on all floors and decks, baby bathtub provided; no need to rent, Baby Cribs (2) w/sheets, plus safety gates, bathtub, and high chair; no need to rent, Sleep Sofa or Futons (2) Queens w/additional 5 inch dense foam mattresses and pillowtops for comfort: both sleepers can be used at the same time to accommodate 4 more guests: perfect for children, who have their own bathroom on that floor. Nintendo for the kids. Plenty of beach toys and games in storage.
Please note that the Nightly Rate does NOT include the Frequent Renter's Discount, housekeeping fee of $250 or the 12% for state and county taxes.

- Apartment is self-contained on the ground floor. The walk-in shower has a hand bar and a toilet bar and hand rails are available for the bed. We work w/30 A Bike Rentals for those needing beach wheelchairs, which are equipped to roll on sand.

- Please note: we ONLY rent the entire house of 4 BRs. We do NOT rent longterm.
- You won't believe how cheaply you can book the house: Cheaper than a hotel and on the beach.
